The TransLitigate project is funded by an ERC Starting Grant (2021 - project 101039648). It launched in September 2022 and will run through August 2027.

Our project is hosted by the Department of Public Law & Governance at Tilburg Law School in the Netherlands. There, the project team members all belong to the inspiring research community on Constitutionalizing in the Anthropocene.

The research team also belongs to the Legal Mobilization Platform assembled by Jeff Handmaker and Margaretha Wewerinke-Singh, and hosted at the International Institute of Social Studies.
